Head of GTM Engineering

Engrain•Greenwood Village, CO

About The Position

Engrain is seeking a Head of GTM Engineering to design and deploy the systems connecting its Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partnership teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, this high-autonomy, high-impact role will architect automated workflows and AI-driven systems that identify and activate demand for Engrain’s mapping products and data. The role will build a production-grade revenue engine using AI-agent orchestration and hyper-automation to turn ecosystem signals into measurable growth and reduce departmental silos. The Head of GTM Engineering will design automation and RevOps systems across the buyer lifecycle, build mechanisms for detecting prospect and partner demand, and coordinate growth plays across CRM and marketing technology systems. The role will work with senior stakeholders to ensure systems are technically sound, brand-aligned, operationally supported, and compliant with data security and API standards. It will also document automated logic, improve the buyer journey with fast-track processes such as frictionless calls to action and instant data provisioning, and advise internal leaders on automation that helps them meet targets without adding manual headcount.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in Growth Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Technical Product Management in a SaaS or infrastructure environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of automation layers and AI orchestration.
  • Proven experience operating as an individual contributor in a high-growth environment, ideally building systems that were later handed off to expanding leadership teams.
  • Deep expertise in API-driven ecosystems, integration platforms such as Make or Zapier, and CRM architecture such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience building automation workflows that use AI agents to process behavioral or ecosystem signals into actionable triggers.
  • Ability to influence leaders across Marketing, Sales, and Product and translate technical automation into commercial value.
  • Comfort setting an independent roadmap, debugging systems, and demonstrating ROI through data.
  • A systems-first approach focused on scalable systems, infrastructure, and automation rather than running campaigns or relying on manual workarounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate technology.
  • Systems-first experience from another complex B2B industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy AI-driven automation and RevOps systems across the buyer lifecycle, from initial intent signal through product adoption and expansion.

  • Create systems that increase product exposure across property portfolios and partner platforms.
  • Work with Engineering to ensure GTM automation complies with data security and API standards and uses scalable infrastructure rather than shadow IT.
  • Build and maintain documentation describing the revenue engine and its automated logic.
  • Audit the buyer journey to identify points of friction and build automated fast-track processes, including frictionless calls to action and instant data provisioning.
  • Collaborate with VP-level stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and build automated systems that help them meet targets without adding manual headcount.
  • Set the role’s roadmap, debug systems, and demonstrate return on investment through data.
