About The Position

Our client is seeking a Head of Growth —a senior individual contributor who can accelerate their trajectory. This role is built for someone who has scaled an enterprise SaaS/AI startup through hypergrowth and still thrives in hands-on execution. You’ll own demand generation, growth experiments, and GTM execution while shaping strategy alongside the CEO and GTM leaders. Requirements

• Proven success as a senior IC in growth/marketing at an enterprise SaaS startup.
• Experience scaling a company from seed/Series A to 200+ employees.
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise demand generation and campaign execution.
• Track record of driving growth experiments and GTM strategy.
• <8 years total work experience with startup growth exposure.
• Strong communicator and collaborator with founders and GTM teams.
• Experience using Apollo.io or Clay a must

Responsibilities

• Run growth campaigns end to end: SEO, paid, outbound, referral loops, events.
• Shape GTM strategy: Apply experience from scaling enterprise SaaS to refine the playbook.
• Drive demand generation: Launch, test, and optimize growth experiments across channels.
• Advise leadership: Provide perspective to the CEO and GTM leads.
• Execute with autonomy: Roll up your sleeves—operate as a builder, not just a manager.
