About The Position

Sievo is seeking a talented Head of Growth Marketing to join their global Marketing team. The primary goal of this role is to drive a qualified sales pipeline and top-line revenue growth by leading the global Growth Marketing strategy, team, and efforts. There is a significant emphasis on boosting the US market expansion. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and doer with a proven track record in B2B SaaS growth marketing, capable of balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, and reporting on their success. This is a full-time, global position reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, a member of Sievo’s management team, and is currently based out of Chicago.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in various Growth Marketing domains in B2B SaaS context, including digital marketing, performance marketing, web development, demand generation, marketing operations, and event marketing.
  • Solid base understanding of all the above, while possessing a deeper understanding of some of the above.
  • Proven track record of leading, scaling, and coaching high performing marketing teams.
  • Strong self-starter attitude; comfortable leading with own ideas and continuously bringing recommendations and insight to the table proactively.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: capability to create and understand marketing contributions to sales and revenue figures and making meaningful analysis on key data.
  • Proficiency in various MarTech solutions: marketing automation tools, CRM/CMS systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot, analytics, and AI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely for various audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other revenue teams, including Sales & Customer Success and Revenue Operations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Readiness for international business travel: prepared to collaborate with existing team members based in Europe over a 8-hour time zone difference.
  • Periodic travel to Europe multiple times per year.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch.
  • Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives pipeline and revenue impact among enterprise accounts.
  • Manage new client acquisition as well as cross and upsell revenue growth strategies and execution across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Adapt best practices to Sievo’s specific context.
  • Hire, coach, and directly manage a high-performing growth marketing team.
  • Manage 3rd party agency and freelancer relationships.
  • Directly oversee existing domains of Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Marketing Operations, and Event Marketing.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives and their connection to the revenue funnel.
  • Determine areas of investment in the growth marketing domain.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership and GTM teams on marketing ROI.
  • Design and execute data-driven experiments to test and optimize various marketing channels and tactics.
  • Recommend and discover untapped areas of growth, double down on important growth drivers, and identify initiatives to start, continue, and stop.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other revenue teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue operations to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to Sievo’s wider marketing strategy.
  • Identify and leverage new and emerging platforms, tools, and trends to drive growth and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in GTM tech.
