About The Position

Socure is seeking an entrepreneurial technologist for the role of Growth Engineer. This high-impact position is at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market strategies. The Growth Engineer will be responsible for architecting and executing growth systems to enhance brand presence, generate personalized sales pipelines, and drive customer acquisition across various industries through tailored, data-driven messaging. The role requires a blend of technical building and creative strategy, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, fast iteration cycles, and measurable results. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, deeply curious, data-obsessed, and motivated by building high-leverage systems and teams. This role is for a builder who can prototype and ship solutions rapidly, functioning as a growth lab within the company.

Requirements

  • Experience with growth tools like Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Instantly, or Hypergrowth, including multi-step outbound and enrichment flows.
  • Full-stack development skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, React) to build growth experiments and internal tools.
  • Skilled in using AI copilots and agents to personalize messaging, automate outreach, and surface insights from CRM data.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Retool, Make, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and audience segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating AI agents to accelerate campaign creation, onboarding, and user research.
  • Ability to generate dynamic, cross-vertical messaging at scale, personalized by industry, use case, or persona.
  • Familiar with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, custom embeddings).
  • Strategic, hands-on, and comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • A team builder and talent magnet, attracting smart, hungry operators.
  • Track record of designing and shipping growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Confident optimizing funnels, running A/B tests, and driving data-led iteration cycles.
  • Deep understanding of demand gen, brand storytelling, and GTM personalization across verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Scale sales and marketing functions through automation, AI assistance, and accessible insights.
  • Recruit and mentor top growth talent, attracting mission-driven builders who thrive on impact.
  • Own growth analytics and forecasting, defining key metrics, building dashboards, and optimizing performance.
  • Deploy AI, including LLMs and agents, to enhance output, personalization, and execution speed.
  • Build Socure’s modern GTM engine by owning campaign automation for lifecycle drips, PLG, and new GTM workflows.
  • Automate prospecting with creative outreach tactics.
  • Build viral tools, shareable demos, and mini-products to drive organic traffic and referrals.
  • Craft compelling copy and UI elements to communicate value propositions, launching interactive landing pages and calculators.
  • Automate customer communications through community channels like Slack, Substack, and LinkedIn.
  • Create AI agents to automate flows from product design to go-to-market, driving customer acquisition and cross-sell.
  • Design agents to monitor the market, identify competitive advantages, and leverage market shifts.
  • Play an integral role in building self-service product initiatives with elegant UX and dynamic messaging.
  • Automate prospecting workflows using tools like clay.io, GenAI agents, and web scrapers.
  • Analyze funnel and behavioral data to pivot strategies and change how RevOps and Marketing Ops measure success.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and product to align experiments with commercial goals.
  • Architect the experimentation system and create a high-velocity testing engine, designing and running A/B tests.
  • Continuously research new tools, platforms, and frameworks for growth, testing and implementing the best solutions.
