Role Overview The Head of Government Sales will own Daybreak's national public-sector sales strategy, driving growth across federal, state, and local healthcare organizations, government healthcare programs, and strategic public-sector partnerships. This executive leader will be responsible for expanding Daybreak's reach through Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities, military health systems, Medicaid programs, correctional healthcare organizations, tribal health organizations, public health agencies, and other government healthcare stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proven healthcare sales leader with deep experience navigating government procurement environments, healthcare contracting, reimbursement pathways, and public-sector partnerships. This individual will play a critical role in building Daybreak's government business from the ground up and establishing the company as a trusted partner across government healthcare systems. In this role, you will: Build and lead Daybreak's national government sales function Develop and execute public-sector go-to-market strategies Drive predictable revenue growth through government contracts and strategic partnerships Establish relationships with key decision-makers across federal, state, and local healthcare organizations Lead government procurement efforts, contracting strategies, and market access initiatives Partner closely with Clinical, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a builder who thrives in high-growth, mission-driven healthcare environments.
