About The Position

Vetcove is seeking a Head of Enterprise Business Development to deepen relationships with the largest veterinary groups in the country and turn existing partnerships into significant new growth. The role builds lasting relationships across executive and operating teams, spends meaningful time with customers in person, and leads opportunities through discovery, cross-functional evaluations, RFPs, negotiation, and close. Working closely with platform leaders and company leadership, the Head of Enterprise Business Development will help shape partnerships across Vetcove’s platforms, anticipate customer needs, stay ahead of relationship risks, and share insights with Product and Engineering that influence future development. The role also works with Implementation and Customer Success to support long-term customer outcomes and future growth. Vetcove is a fast-growing, mission-driven company modernizing the animal health industry with software for veterinary organizations. Its platforms include a procurement marketplace, home delivery ecommerce, and a practice management system. More than 25,000 hospitals across all 50 states use Vetcove. The company is backed by Y Combinator and venture investors.
