About The Position

Limitless Agency is hiring a Head of Business Development to lead its sales organization, with full responsibility for new-client revenue, team performance, sales processes and operations, and achievement of monthly revenue targets. The role reports directly to Founder and CEO Gill Valerio. The company sells high-ticket coaching and consulting engagements to agency owners generated through paid acquisition, with substantial and consistent lead flow supported by well over six figures in monthly advertising spend. The position is full-time and remote within the United States or Canada, with working hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time. U.S.-based candidates are preferred. Base salary is $85,000–$115,000 USD annually, with performance-based variable compensation and stated on-target earnings of $145,000–$225,000+ annually, uncapped.
