Head of Engineering

As the Head of Engineering at Aisera, you will be responsible for leading the engineering teams in Hyderabad and driving the development and enhancement of the AI and Automation platform. Your main focus will be on architecting and executing the technical strategy to deliver innovative software solutions that transform customer and employee experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as product management and data science, will be crucial in aligning engineering efforts and driving business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and developing top engineering talent and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.
