About the position

The Partner Account Manager - MSP is responsible for managing and building relationships with MSP partners, with the goal of increasing Aisera revenue. This role involves being the main point of contact for established and newly signed MSPs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and growth. The ideal candidate has account management experience, specifically with MSPs, and understands the unique challenges and opportunities in helping them grow their businesses. Key responsibilities include partner sales, onboarding and enablement, outbound campaigns, cultivating new product pipeline, conducting business reviews, and networking to add value to accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Partner sales through new and existing MSP accounts with strong forecast and funnel management process
  • New partner onboarding and enablement
  • Deliver regular outbound campaigns on new product updates, partnering with marketing and product teams
  • Conduct data driven conversations to cultivate new product pipeline and upsell opportunities
  • Perform ongoing business reviews to understand partners’ business and Aisera usage and work with them to consistently add Aisera accounts
  • Network throughout your accounts to understand key stakeholders and add value

Requirements

  • Account management experience
  • Previous experience working with MSPs
  • Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in helping MSPs grow their businesses
  • Strong forecast and funnel management skills
  • Ability to onboard and enable new partners
  • Proficiency in delivering outbound campaigns on new product updates
  • Data-driven approach to cultivating new product pipeline and upsell opportunities
  • Ability to perform ongoing business reviews and understand partners' business and Aisera usage
  • Networking skills to understand key stakeholders and add value to accounts
