About The Position

Craftmasters is building a new, best-in-class skills education institution designed for the modern workforce. This institution aims to provide a rigorous, industry-connected learning environment where students acquire the knowledge, hands-on skills, and real-world readiness necessary for immediate career entry. This role is for experienced electrical professionals who are ready to significantly increase their impact. Craftmasters is a new division of Full Sail University, an established educational leader with a 45-year history of career-focused education. This phased approach allows the Program Manager to contribute meaningfully during development without immediate relocation or full-time commitment. The full-time role includes salary, benefits, and a promotion pathway, contingent on mutual fit established during the consulting phase.
