About The Position

Techo-Bloc is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the digital strategies, campaigns, tools, and experiences that help customers discover our products, understand their value, and take action. This role owns the bridge between product discovery, lead generation, paid media, SEO/GEO, digital tools, visualization, AI enablement, and conversion. The goal is simple: create smarter ways for homeowners, contractors, dealers, designers, and sales-supported audiences to find Techo-Bloc, engage with our products, and move forward with confidence. We are looking for someone who can think beyond ads. Someone who can identify the ideas, content, tools, services, software, search strategies, and AI-enabled experiences that move people from inspiration to decision.

Requirements

  • Strategic digital marketer with strong instincts for customer behavior, technology, content, search, and performance.
  • Understand that modern digital marketing is not just campaigns. It is the full system: the audience, the idea, the search moment, the offer, the tool, the landing page, the visualization, the follow-up, the data, and the business result.
  • Comfortable working with creative teams, ecommerce teams, sales, CRM, IT, agencies, SEO partners, and software vendors.
  • Ability to bring structure to big ideas, turn vague opportunities into clear projects, and push digital marketing beyond maintenance into growth.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, SEO, GEO, or performance marketing.
  • Experience leading paid media strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Experience building or improving lead magnets, landing pages, funnels, and nurture journeys.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, AI search behavior, search intent, conversion strategy, and online decision-making.
  • Experience with GA4, HubSpot, CRM platforms, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO platforms, search tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for AI, personalization, visualization, automation, digital services, and search visibility.
  • Strong briefing skills for creative, content, ecommerce, technical, SEO, and agency teams.
  • Ability to translate data, customer behavior, search behavior, and business needs into clear digital priorities.

  • Experience in B2B2C, home improvement, building materials, design, construction, retail, or dealer-based businesses is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Digital marketing strategy across homeowners, contractors, dealers, designers, and sales-supported audiences.
  • SEO and GEO strategy to improve Techo-Bloc’s visibility in search engines, AI-generated answers, product discovery journeys, and high-intent research moments.
  • Lead magnets, including guides, quizzes, estimators, planning tools, downloadable resources, gated content, and high-value product education.
  • Paid media strategy across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
  • Campaign ideas that drive product discovery, education, persuasion, and action.
  • Digital tools and services that help customers plan, visualize, compare, estimate, and choose Techo-Bloc products.
  • AI-enabled experiences that improve customer guidance, product education, lead qualification, personalization, content creation, and internal marketing efficiency.
  • Visualization and project-planning experiences that help customers imagine outdoor spaces and make more confident decisions.
  • Landing pages, conversion paths, nurture journeys, and follow-up strategies.
  • Digital performance reporting, including traffic quality, lead quality, conversion rates, campaign ROI, search visibility, content performance, and funnel insights.
  • Build digital marketing strategies that connect business priorities, product launches, customer needs, search behavior, and sales goals.
  • Lead SEO/GEO strategy across product pages, category pages, educational content, local intent, project inspiration, technical content, and AI-search visibility.
  • Identify what customers are searching for, asking, comparing, and struggling to understand — then turn those insights into better content, campaigns, tools, and digital experiences.
  • Develop lead magnets and digital tools that are genuinely useful to the customer and valuable to the business.
  • Lead paid media strategy, campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for new digital services, software tools, visualization experiences, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Work with ecommerce, creative, product marketing, communications, sales, CRM, IT, and external partners to bring digital initiatives to life.
  • Translate customer pain points into better tools, better content, better search visibility, better campaigns, and better online journeys.
  • Write clear briefs for campaigns, landing pages, SEO/GEO content, digital tools, creative assets, and conversion experiences.
  • Improve the full funnel from search or ad click to landing page to lead capture to nurture to sales visibility.
  • Use GA4, HubSpot, CRM data, ad platforms, search tools, SEO platforms, and reporting dashboards to understand what is working and what needs to improve.
  • Turn performance insights into practical recommendations that improve creative, targeting, messaging, offers, content, tools, search visibility, and conversion paths.
