The role We’re hiring a Head of Demand Generation to own pipeline creation at Broccoli. Your job is to build and scale the systems that generate high-quality pipeline for the sales team. We want someone highly analytical, deeply experiments-driven, and obsessed with figuring out what actually drives revenue. This is not a traditional “manage agencies and report on MQLs” marketing role. You should constantly be testing: Channels, Messaging, Funnel conversion, Outbound motions, Paid campaigns, Events and partnerships, AI-powered automations and workflows. You’ll work closely with the founders, sales team, and RevOps to build the growth engine behind Broccoli’s next stage.
