About The Position

Sayari is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own our organic pipeline, focusing on search, LinkedIn, social media, and answer engine optimization. This role is crucial for building a systematic approach to earning attention through expertise, clarity, and content that demonstrates its work. The ideal candidate will join an existing marketing team and be responsible for executing strategies that drive qualified demand. This is an execution-focused role that requires strategic thinking and hands-on implementation in a complex B2B environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B demand generation or content marketing, with at least 3 years owning organic channels end-to-end.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline from SEO and content, not just driving traffic.
  • Fluency in modern SEO, including technical SEO, topical authority, E-E-A-T, schema markup, and internal linking strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn organic strategy and execution.
  • Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) as an emerging channel.
  • Strong writing instincts and the ability to recognize and improve content quality.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the discipline to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in a complex B2B environment, preferably in compliance, legal tech, financial services, or government sectors with long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Map the full keyword and topic landscape for compliance, trade, TPRM, export control, UFLPA, and OFAC.
  • Audit existing content and build missing content to improve SEO rankings and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage an editorial calendar for LinkedIn organic, focusing on executive thought leadership, company page strategy, and employee amplification.
  • Identify and focus on social media channels where buyers are active and where effort compounds, distinguishing between vanity metrics and demand signals.
  • Develop and own the Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy to ensure Sayari surfaces in AI-generated answers from platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
  • Track and report on key metrics including organic traffic by intent stage, content-assisted pipeline, search visibility for high-value queries, and share of AI-generated answers in the category.
  • Adjust strategies based on data analysis to optimize performance.
