Now, we’re looking for a Demand Gen Specialist to help build and scale Revivn’s inbound and top-of-funnel engine. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Marketing and Sales — focused on generating pipeline, launching campaigns, and driving real business growth. This isn’t just about running campaigns — it’s about owning pipeline creation from the top down. Why This Role Is Different As a Demand Gen Specialist at Revivn, you’ll help define how we generate demand—building campaigns, testing new channels, and turning ideas into pipeline. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and leadership to translate ICP strategy into targeted, high-performing campaigns. From email and LinkedIn to events and outbound support, you’ll build coordinated campaigns that engage target accounts across multiple touchpoints and drive them toward conversion. Think of this as your opportunity to own the top-of-funnel — learning how to connect campaigns to pipeline, and pipeline to revenue. You won’t just measure success in clicks or opens — you’ll measure it in meetings, opportunities, and impact on the business. We’re looking for someone who is creative, action-oriented, and analytical. Someone who wants to build, test, improve, and is excited to play a key role in shaping how Revivn grows.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing roles with direct exposure to lead generation and top-of-funnel campaigns
  • Someone who has executed campaigns end-to-end (email, LinkedIn, events, inbound programs) and understands how those efforts translate to pipeline
  • A strategic and analytical thinker who can connect campaigns to outcomes (leads, meetings, pipeline) - not just run activity
  • Team-forward individual who can work closely with Sales and cross-functional partners to align on ICP, messaging, and what drives conversation
  • Curious and experimental - constantly testing new ideas, channels, and approaches to improve performance

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch top-of-funnel campaigns across email, Linkedin, events, and other channels to generate inbound leads and pipeline
  • Partner closely with Marketing to align on ICP accounts, personas, and priorities
  • Create and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across target accounts
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results
  • Support Sales with marketing-driven plays (events, outbound support, account-based campaigns) to increase engagement and meeting conversion
  • Develop a strong understanding of Revivn’s value proposition and tailor messaging to different audiences and stakeholders
  • Test new ideas, channels, and approaches to improve how Revivn generates demand and scales pipeline
