Head of Data & AI

Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance•Seattle, WA

About The Position

Mutual of Enumclaw’s enterprise leader for data and artificial intelligence, this is a strategy and execution role focused on setting the vision, deciding where to buy, partner, or build, and putting AI into underwriting, claims, and distribution workflows. MOE currently takes a buy-first approach to AI, so the role will often involve selecting partners, connecting their solutions to company data and core systems, and driving adoption. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Hiring range: $207,700–$230,500. Salary range: $207,700–$257,600. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
