About The Position

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Head of North America Corporate Digital Solutions Domain to join our Digital team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital strategies that support our corporate functions. You will be part of the Digital leadership responsible for all Digital activities for the North America region, across US and Canada, for all Airbus Divisions. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as Head of North America Corporate Digital Solutions Domain will be to lead a team to drive continuous improvement in our digital tools and platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leading digital transformation projects
  • Deep understanding of modern technologies and trends, including HR tech, Financial solutions, EE tools, data analytics, and AI
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Minimum of 15+ years in Digital roles such as solution and infrastructure architecture, project management, business analysis, system design, software development
  • Experience of Change Management where you have had to implement new practices within an organization
  • Must be willing to travel accordingly for regular business travels
  • Possible on-call duties during week-ends and/or holiday seasons
  • Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for corporate solutions that supports the organization's goals and enhances operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, HR, and other departments to align digital initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
  • Lead the digital transformation of HR, Facility, legal and communication functions by implementing technologies and platforms that streamline workflows, improve employee experience, business efficiencies and harmonization with Airbus processes.
  • Support regionally M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
  • Leverage Airbus Extended Enterprise solutions for regional usage to streamline external stakeholders collaboration, reduce risks, and accelerate the realization of synergies.
  • Lead the regional implementation of central data analytics platforms to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to develop predictive models, dashboards, and reports that provide insights into business performance and trends.
  • Identify and implement regionally AI central/group solutions that automate processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with AI specialists to develop and deploy AI models that address specific business challenges and opportunities.
  • Engage with employees at all levels to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that corporate digital solutions meet their requirements and enhance their experience.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive the adoption and success of digital workplace initiatives.
  • Ensure full alignment with central stakeholders of each divisions to sustain daily operation, enable evolution of the regional infrastructure and contribute to local digital strategy.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure quality of service and products.
  • Monitor and optimize performance to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key digital Corporate solutions projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and manage the budget, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
  • Lead a team of digital specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development and ensuring high levels of performance.
