We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, CRM initiatives, e-commerce content updates, and store marketing projects. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, possesses strong project management skills, and is comfortable working across multiple marketing channels, including email, website, in-store marketing, and digital advertising. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, CRM, digital marketing, e-commerce, or project coordination.
  • Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Shopify content management and merchandising experience.

  • Retail or fashion industry experience.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production of marketing campaigns from briefing to execution.
  • Assign copywriting projects and manage deadlines with freelance and internal copywriters.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Support campaign setup, testing, deployment, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign accuracy and alignment with promotional calendars.
  • Create and manage website content updates through Shopify.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency.
