About The Position

As the Head of Change Management & Internal Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that support our company’s growth and employee engagement. The Head of Change Management & Internal Communications will lead the development and implementation of change management initiatives and internal communication strategies that align with Rimkus' strategic goals. This role will partner closely with leadership and various departments to ensure smooth transitions, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in change management, internal communications, or organizational development.
  • Experience leading change in a complex, multi-site, and matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication platforms, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High emotional intelligence and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, lead, and execute comprehensive change management programs across the organization.
  • Develop and deliver effective internal communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to assess the impact of change and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on change management best practices.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives and communication efforts.
  • Drive initiatives that promote organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall communication excellence.
