The Head of Brand & Creative Strategy will own brand direction, creative production, marketing performance, and campaign strategy across The Brella Co and its subsidiaries. This person will serve as the bridge between imagination and impact. The role requires someone who can produce excellent creative work, understand the numbers behind that work, and collaborate directly with the CEO and Executive Operations Director as a strategic partner. This role supports multiple brands under The Brella Co umbrella, bringing visual consistency, marketing intelligence, and campaign thinking to each company while respecting each brand's distinct voice.
