The Americas Region Project Management team leads and manages EP+ projects for Fuller Technologies' customers throughout North and South America. Project complexity ranges from singular component delivery (~$100kUSD) up to multi-discipline supply of engineering, equipment and services for cement plants (~$100mUSD). The team is responsible to support all of Fuller's product lines including Automation, Pfister, Pneumatic Transport, Pyro & Grinding and Ventomatic. The Head of Project Management reports directly to the Vice President, Head of Americas Region, and is based in our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, PA, USA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
  • 8+ years of relevant project management experience and 3+ years managing people
  • Experience working with large scope and budget projects is required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills on a technical level with excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
  • Requires ability to train personnel in the use of processes and tools to accomplish business goals
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and drawings
  • Demonstrated skills and broad understanding in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Existing US work authorization is required. This position is not available for sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in cement or heavy industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project management team and drive all project stakeholders (including engineering, purchasing, logistics, and manufacturing) to deliver documentation and equipment on time and within budget
  • Assume overall responsibility for project related revenue and DIFOT targets
  • Assesses and improves the performance of team members through coaching, frequent communication and periodic reviews
  • Anchor company and departmental values, as well as managing and improving procedures for the project management function
  • Visits customer sites or Fuller's internal offices or manufacturing sites as needed
  • Promote a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities.
  • Oversee timely issuance and collection of invoices in coordination with Fuller's accounts receivable team
  • Directly manage projects as needed
