About The Position

The Head Girls Golf Coach leads the grades 7–12 girls golf program at Albert Lea High School for the 2026–2027 school year. The coach fulfills responsibilities in accordance with MSHSL training and guidelines and program values as directed by the Activities Director. The role focuses on motivating athletes in an educationally based atmosphere, developing skills, promoting leadership, and partnering with the youth association. Compensation is in accordance with Schedule C of the Teacher Master Agreement.

Requirements

• Head Coaching Certification.
• Strong knowledge and experience in skill development, communication techniques, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to motivate athletes in an educationally based atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the responsibilities of a Head Girls Golf Coach in accordance with MSHSL training and guidelines.
• Lead the program in accordance with its values as directed by the Activities Director.
• Motivate athletes in an educationally based atmosphere.
• Promote leadership within the program and community.
• Partner with the youth association to develop proper skills.
