About The Position

STRIDE Fitness is opening soon in Southampton, PA, and is seeking an elite Head Coach to build and lead a high-performance coaching team from day one. This role involves shaping the coaching culture, delivering an unmatched member experience, and playing a key role in launching a studio that will define fitness in the local community. STRIDE Fitness offers a powerful fusion of treadmill cardio and full-body strength training, led by elite coaches, fueled by high-energy music, and set in a vibrant atmosphere. Every class is designed to push all fitness levels, deliver a challenging workout, and finish with intentional recovery. The Head Coach is expected to be the standard, leading classes, developing their team, and ensuring every member walks out feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back.

Requirements

• Elite coaching skills
• Experience in building and leading a high-performance coaching team

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, results-driven group fitness classes aligned with brand standards, typically 6 to 8 classes per week
• Create an exceptional member experience through encouragement, constructive feedback, and personalized coaching
• Regularly evaluate coaching quality and provide feedback to enhance performance and engagement
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and quarterly performance reviews for coaches
• Oversee studio operations related to equipment upkeep, cleanliness, and logistics
• Create and manage class schedules to ensure optimal staffing and utilization
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, including warm-ups, injury prevention, and emergency procedures
• Maximize class attendance and retention through strong coaching and consistent follow-up
• Build relationships with members to support long-term retention and satisfaction
• Monitor member participation and proactively engage members with low utilization
• Track and report weekly and monthly coaching and studio utilization KPIs to Ownership and Corporate by the first of each month
