About The Position
The Head Boys Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading the boys' volleyball program. This includes possessing extensive knowledge of the rules and skills of volleyball, being program-centered, exhibiting good sportsmanship, and understanding VHSL rules. The coach must also work well with children and have experience competing at the college, club, or professional level.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of coaching experience as an Assistant or Head Coach preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the rules and skills in volleyball.
- Program-centered approach.
- Specific skills in volleyball.
- Exhibits good sportsmanship.
- Knowledge of VHSL rules.
- Works well with children.
- Previously competed at the college level, club team or professional level.
- Submit a standard on-line application.
- Include two letters of reference.
- Include a recent TB test or screening.
Nice To Haves
- One year of coaching experience as an Assistant or Head Coach.
