About The Position
The Varsity Boys Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading the boys' volleyball program. This includes ensuring a strong understanding of the sport's rules and skills, fostering a program-centered approach, promoting good sportsmanship, and adhering to VHSL rules. The coach will work with children and is expected to have competed at a college, club, or professional level.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of coaching experience as an Assistant or Head Coach preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the rules and skills in the sport.
- Program centered.
- Specific skills and exhibits good sportsmanship.
- Knowledge of VHSL rules.
- Works well with children.
- Previously competed at the college level, club team or professional level.
- Submit a standard on-line application.
- Include two letters of reference.
- Include a recent TB test or screening.
Nice To Haves
- One year of coaching experience as an Assistant or Head Coach.
