About The Position

Greenlink HCM is growing fast and seeking a sales powerhouse to own a territory, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. This role is for a consultant who builds their own pipeline, earns C-suite trust, and consistently exceeds quota. Greenlink HCM is a fast-growing independent human capital management provider, integrating payroll, HR, benefits, time tracking, talent acquisition, and culture development into a single platform with a client-first approach. Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting quota.
  • Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships and close complex consultative deals.
  • Experience generating new business through direct prospecting, networking, and referral development.
  • Strong CRM discipline - pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years selling HCM, payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or benefits solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Experience with Canva.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach and executive prospecting to solution design, negotiations, and contract close.
  • Position Greenlink as a trusted HCM advisor to CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, Controllers, and business owners.
  • Grow a network of referral partners.
  • Drive revenue and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and execute territory strategy focused on mid-market and emerging enterprise.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements across payroll, HR, benefits, workforce management, and talent solutions.
  • Develop high-value referral partnerships with CPAs, insurance brokers, attorneys, financial advisors, and PEO consultants.
  • Represent Greenlink at industry events, conferences, and business associations.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity management.
  • Partner with Marketing, Ops, Implementation, and Client Success for a seamless client experience.
  • Share best practices, mentor peers, and champion CRM discipline.
