Developing and maintaining referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers is key to market penetration. The role requires creating high-impact presentations, managing a robust sales funnel to meet quotas, and leveraging Salesforce CRM for sales activities. Continuous learning about industry trends, the competitive HCM landscape, and evolving technology like AI is expected.
