About The Position

This is an outside B2B HCM SaaS Sales role focused on selling payroll, HR, and HCM solutions to SMBs. The position involves prospecting, presenting, closing, and growing accounts, as well as developing partnerships by incentivizing prospect referrals. The role offers an established territory with current customers and requires the individual to be on-site for training and Monday meetings, while otherwise working from home and in their territory. Top performers can expect significant total compensation.

Requirements

• B2B sales in HCM, HR tech, payroll, SaaS, or similar
• B2B sales to HR leaders, Office Managers, Business Owners / Executives
• Must live in Columbus, Ohio area

Responsibilities

• Inherit active territory
• Outside B2B HCM SaaS Sales
• Consultative, relationship-based sales
• Prospect, present, close, & grow accounts
• Sell payroll, HR, and HCM solutions to SMBs
• Grow existing accounts and establish new accounts
• Develop partnerships by incentivizing prospect referrals
