As an HCM Sales Executive at Asure, you will be responsible for building business relationships with new prospective clients and current customers, creating new revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions. This role involves identifying and developing new prospects within a defined territory through self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities. You will also profile and penetrate existing Asure Clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities, enhancing client value by improving the scope of the Asure solution. Developing and maintaining referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers is key to further market penetration. You will create high-impact presentations to highlight the benefits of proposed Asure solutions, develop and manage a robust sales funnel to meet sales quotas, and leverage Salesforce CRM for reporting and managing sales activities. Continuous learning about industry trends, the competitive HCM landscape, and evolving technology like AI is expected.
