About The Position

The HCM Operations Analyst will support leadership in overseeing all team operations. This role is crucial for tasker management, including issuing, reviewing, and tracking team taskings. The analyst will maintain accurate records of important meetings and schedules for strategy implementation. Responsibilities also include assisting with human resources management, such as award write-ups and processing, onboarding/offboarding personnel, and monitoring training requirements. The role involves preparing and developing new strategies to enhance team output and updating/implementing policies or core working practices. The analyst will manage the team's battle rhythm, including meetings, agendas, tasking requirements, product development, and administrative documents. Collaboration with Capability Program Executive (CPE) Aviation Headquarters staff and Project Office Team leadership is expected for tasking and directives. The role requires assimilating information from various sources and providing recommendations to leadership, as well as coordinating with other Project/Product Offices, government agencies, and contractors to facilitate information exchange. Daily and weekly reports to Executive Leadership, including Staff Call notes and significant actions reporting, are also part of the duties.

Requirements

  • Plan, organize, and direct the work of teams or task forces to accept recommendations, changes, or conflicts among team members
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively and well with others
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Programs, to include, but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Outstanding communication, both written and verbal

  • SECRET clearance is required

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership to oversee all operations of the team.
