As Senior Analyst, Oracle Fusion HCM, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving Acosta Group's Oracle HCM ecosystem. Serving as the functional and technical leader for our Oracle Fusion platform, you will partner with HR, IT, and strategic technology partners to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience and support business growth. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide HR technology strategy, lead meaningful transformation initiatives, and help drive the continuous evolution of our Hire-to-Retire processes.
