About The Position
The HCM Product Analyst partners with the HCM Product Lead and People Operations to support Oracle HCM implementation, ongoing system administration, and the product roadmap. This role gathers business requirements, configures system functionality, troubleshoots issues, supports testing and quarterly releases, and manages enhancement requests. The position also develops reports, maintains documentation, and provides training and user support to ensure effective system operation.
