About The Position

HireLevel is seeking an HCM Business Consultant to generate new client partnerships and fuel growth for our human capital management team. This is a revenue-focused sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. Based onsite in St. Louis, MO, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your effort directly impacts your earnings and the company's success. Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) preferred
  • Strong communication, executive-level presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills
  • Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client growth by building a strong pipeline and guiding prospects from first conversation through signed agreement and early implementation.
  • Connect organizations with the right HCM solutions while meeting assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Source and cultivate opportunities via networking, channel partners, and self-generated outreach.
  • Run disciplined prospecting to reach key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Analyze needs, shape solution scope, negotiate pricing, and finalize service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, forecasts, and required sales/expense reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support onboarding/implementation meetings and client questions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, broker practices, and competitive activity.
