10AM - 2PM: HCA/ CNA Needed
About The Position
Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver, HCA, or CNA with experience caring for seniors to join our team. This role involves providing companionship, assisting with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, accompanying clients to appointments, and reporting any changes or incidents to the agency and medical professionals. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, respectful, compassionate, and possess strong communication and time-management skills. Opportunities for both part-time and full-time employment are available, with generally expected hours of 12-20 per week, potentially increasing to 40 hours based on client needs and availability.
Requirements
- Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
- U.S. work authorization required
- Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties
