About The Position
Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable Caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs with experience caring for seniors to join our team. This position is located in Bellevue, WA, and offers part-time hours with the possibility of longer shifts and up to 40 hours per week depending on client needs and availability. The role involves providing in-home care to seniors, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Requirements
- Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in an approved training program
- Licensed and insured driver
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
- Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
- U.S. work authorization required
- Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and daily activities
- Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
- Assist clients with appointments, walks, and outings
- Report changes or unusual incidents to the appropriate parties
- Respond responsibly in emergency situations
