About The Position

This part-time position serves as the primary point person for the Hawaii Product Center and works as part of the overall fulfillment team to prepare customer orders for shipping or pickup. The role combines customer service and order processing at the Product Center with warehouse fulfillment, inventory, and facility-support tasks.

Requirements

Proficiency in everyday computer skills, including tools such as MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
Ability to contribute to and promote a strong team atmosphere.
Flexibility within job duties.

Nice To Haves

Inventory-control, warehousing, or fulfillment experience is highly desired.
Order-entry and WMS systems experience is a plus.
Creative problem-solving skills are highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive at the Product Center.
Deliver orders to customers and complete the required transactions to confirm pickup.
Use internal doTERRA systems to place, return, or change customer orders.
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in doTERRA systems.
Coordinate with the fulfillment team to pick and verify customer orders, personally guiding orders through the process as needed.
Use appropriate resources to resolve problems promptly.
Capture customer feedback.
Mention promotions and Healing Hands to customers.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders to help maintain company service level agreements.
Assist with inventory replenishment, pick-area readiness, and organization.
Help prepare inbound shipments for accurate receipt and putaway.
Assist with inventory-control tasks as requested by leadership.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and help keep the facility clean and organized.
Adhere to the daily work schedule and avoid tardiness and absenteeism.
Work overtime when requested or required due to order volume.
Contribute to projects or the fulfillment team as requested by leadership.
Attend mandatory monthly meetings.
Show kindness, support, and respect toward fellow employees and help build a positive work environment.
