About The Position

This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

Must be willing to work flexible hours.
Must be willing to work most holidays.
Must be willing to rotate jobs.
Must be willing to stand/walk on concrete floors 4 to 5 days per week, 8 to 10 hours per day.
Must be willing to work 6 days per week if needed.
Must be willing to climb ladders/stairs.
Must be willing to work in extreme hot/cold environments.
Must be willing and able to tolerate chick down and the smell of rotten eggs.
Must be willing to work with cleaning chemicals.
Must be willing to follow all Hatchery Safety rules/regulations.
Must be willing to follow all Animal Welfare Guidelines.
Must be willing to wear appropriate PPE as required.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
