About The Position

This role involves the physical transfer of egg buggies from the egg room to the setter hall and the unloading of egg flats into setter racks. The position also includes cleaning incubators. The job requires the ability to work in a dusty environment and to collaborate effectively with others without direct supervision. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and be available to work most holidays, with occasional overtime expected. Adherence to all department safety and biosecurity rules is mandatory. A condition of employment is not owning a flock or poultry, unless it is a Tyson flock. Other tasks may be assigned by a supervisor, and rotation may be required.

Must be able to work most holidays
Must abide by all department safety rules
Must abide by all biosecurity rules and not own a flock or poultry (unless Tyson flock)
All applicants must complete the final task that is separate from the application
Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days
Applicants that have worked at Tyson 3 times or more are not eligible for rehire
