About The Position
Odds On Promotions, an entity of DOXA is hiring a detail-oriented, hands-on IT Technician to support kiosk hardware operations - ensuring product quality, functionality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/technical environment.
- 60-day probationary period applies.
- Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to Commute to Reno, NV 89519 (Required)
Responsibilities
- Unpack inbound equipment and conduct a detailed inventory of received/missing parts.
- Set up, test, and clean kiosk equipment to ensure full functionality.
- Repair damaged hardware and reimage kiosks with a clean OS installation.
- Complete multi-point receiving checklists, including log retrieval and archiving.
- Assist with packing outbound equipment.
- Facilitate freight pickups.
- Support new hardware builds.
- Serve as a backup warehouse assistant/forklift operator when required.
