About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is seeking a Hardware Associate for its East Location in Great Falls, Montana. The role contributes to the customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, recommending products, stocking and merchandising merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets. The company seeks an authentic, enthusiastic team member who enjoys the North 40 lifestyle and prioritizes service. This is a full-time position. The associate must be able to work scheduled shifts during business hours of Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Scheduling flexibility is required based on business needs; shifts can include weekends and certain holidays.

Physical ability to lift and carry 0–25 lbs. continuously, 25–45 lbs. frequently, and 45–65 lbs. occasionally; team lift anything over 65 lbs.
Ability to spend 100% of work time on one's feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
