About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a Hardware Sales Associate for its East Location in Great Falls, Montana. The role contributes to the overall customer experience by providing outstanding service, generating sales, recommending products, stocking and merchandising, keeping the department clean and organized, and safeguarding company assets. The position is full-time and requires availability for scheduled shifts within store hours: Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shifts may include weekends and certain holidays, and scheduling may vary based on business needs.

Ability to spend 100% of work time on one's feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
Availability to work scheduled shifts, which may include weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.
