Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, or Eagle)
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles
- Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, or Ethernet
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative engineering environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test hardware components, circuits, and systems from concept to production
- Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, software, and mechanical engineers
- Perform hardware debugging, root cause analysis, and design validation testing
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including BOMs, design files, and test reports
- Evaluate and select components, working closely with vendors and suppliers
- Support design-for-manufacturability (DFM) and design-for-testability (DFT) reviews
