Requirements

Must be available to work weekends.
Previous retail, customer service, or hardware experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to use Windows-based software.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally travel locally using a company vehicle, if required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and direct them to appropriate products and departments.
Answer questions about merchandise, product features, and store offerings.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately handle cash transactions.
Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed.
Organize inventory and maintain attractive product displays.
Perform cleaning and general store upkeep duties.
Utilize Windows-based software to support daily operations.
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
Follow and help enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
Report workplace injuries immediately to the Manager.
Protect company information by maintaining the confidentiality of financial information and business plans.
