About The Position
As a Hardware Sales Associate, you will inform and assist customers with the products and solutions they need for their home, yard, or business. This role involves generating sales across various departments, merchandising products, managing inventory, and maintaining a pleasant sales environment.
Requirements
- General knowledge of retail products and categories.
- Ability to listen to a customer’s needs and formulate appropriate solutions.
- Ability to operate a register, computer, and calculator.

- Ability to work efficiently, promptly, and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding and learning about the products and services.
- Generate sales of hardware, lawn and garden, paint, and related products.
- Merchandise products and build compelling displays.
- Order products and maintain accurate inventories.
- Stock, price, and organize products.
- Straighten, clean, and maintain a pleasant, organized, and enjoyable sales environment.
