About The Position

Landscape Management Group (LMG) is seeking a Construction Laborer / Skilled Trades professional for their Central Ohio location. This role offers a clear career system, LMG SkillTrack, that rewards employees for learning construction skills, operating equipment safely, producing quality work, and becoming dependable team members. The position involves building complete outdoor-living spaces, including projects like fiberglass and biodesign pools, paver patios and walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, poured and stamped concrete, wood and composite decks, fencing, pergolas, pavilions, outdoor structures, drainage, grading, excavation, landscape installation, and lighting/irrigation systems. LMG is interested in experienced tradespeople, equipment operators, and hardworking entry-level candidates who are eager to learn. Opportunities exist to operate or train on company trucks and trailers, skid steers, compact track loaders, mini-excavators, saws, compactors, and specialty construction tools. LMG certifies employees on safe and correct tool and equipment usage. The career path at LMG ranges from Laborer to Foreman, Project Manager, and Company Leadership. Foremen have a separate pay plan and potential for bonuses. The company emphasizes paying great people well and expects reliability, coachability, safety, and productivity.
