Requirements
- 2+ years of hardscape, landscaping, or construction experience
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Install pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, and concrete features
- Perform grading, leveling, excavation, and compaction
- Operate tools and equipment such as saws, compactors, and skid steers
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Work alongside skilled foremen and team members to build high-end projects
