About The Position
An owner of six residential rental units in Walloon Lake Village is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to assist with ongoing property maintenance and work orders. Responsibilities include completing routine maintenance and repair work orders, troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, assisting with light oversight of property conditions, and communicating maintenance needs and completed work clearly and timely.
Requirements
- Prior handyman or property maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
