Requirements

• Competency in general building trades.
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Your own tools, vehicle and references
• Your own smart phone and Internet access
• Experience as a Remodeler, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Mason, or Installer or any skilled tradesman.
• Experience as a Handyman or similar positions.

Nice To Haves

• No project managers or primarily new construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, door, and general home repairs.
• Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners about the work being performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at each customer’s home.
• Provide quality workmanship while representing the company professionally.
