Necco seeks licensed clinicians to provide therapeutic services to clients as independent contractors. The contractor provides clinical services consistent with their professional licensure and applicable regulatory requirements. Services may take place in offices, schools, community settings, or clients’ homes, depending on clinical need and program structure. The contractor uses independent professional judgment to deliver clinical services and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions, subject to applicable laws, payer requirements, and program guidelines. Contracted services may include clinical assessments and intake evaluations; individual, family, or group therapy; developing treatment plans and interventions; monitoring progress and adjusting treatment approaches; coordinating with caregivers, foster parents, school personnel, and other providers; providing recommendations about care and treatment barriers; and maintaining required clinical records. Contractors must complete documentation in Necco’s electronic health record system and provide records needed for payer compliance, billing, and prior authorizations when applicable. The contractor uses clinical judgment to support client safety, including developing safety plans when appropriate and communicating incidents or safety concerns as required. Contractors are responsible for maintaining an active professional license, completing required continuing education, and meeting applicable ethical and professional standards. This is an independent contractor arrangement, not employment with Necco. The contractor retains control over how services are performed, including clinical judgment and scheduling, subject to applicable laws and regulations, payer requirements, licensing standards, and mutually agreed service expectations. Contractors are not eligible for employee benefits and are responsible for their own taxes and professional expenses. Necco values diversity and is committed to an inclusive environment.
