Independent Delivery Contractor
About The Position
RCNL, LLC, a veteran-owned logistics company, is seeking independent contractors to deliver Walmart and Sam’s Club retail packages to customers in Houston, Cypress, Katy, and surrounding areas. Contractors use their own vehicles. Most packages weigh under 50 pounds. The primary Walmart pickup location is 5405 S. Rice Ave, Houston, TX; route availability and pickup times vary. Compensation is $1.50 per completed stop, plus a $5 bonus for each full set of 50 completed stops on a route. Pay is weekly. Example gross earnings, including bonuses, are $80 for 50 stops, $117.50 for 75 stops, $160 for 100 stops, and $240 for 150 stops. Actual earnings vary with route availability and completed stops. Earnings shown are before expenses and taxes. Contractors are responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, and taxes.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a reliable personal vehicle with current registration.
- Have auto insurance that covers delivery use.
- Be able to pass a background check and driving record check.
- Have a smartphone with GPS.
- Be able to safely handle the packages assigned to the route.

- Safely pick up, transport, and deliver packages.
- Follow customer instructions and delivery procedures.
- Accurately record delivery statuses.
- Communicate delivery issues promptly.
- Provide dependable, professional customer service.
