About The Position

Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and separate pallets into different grades.
- Place pallets in the appropriate area for forklift pickup, meeting Terzo Enterprises standards for safety, security, and productivity.
- Adhere to quality criteria for pallet inspection.
- Comply with all safety procedures and use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Inspect pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards in a safe and secure manner.
- Manually inspect pallets and determine the level of repair needed.
- Work as part of a 2-person team to lift pallets, visually inspect, and place them in the appropriate stack for the next step in the process.
- Ensure proper inspection and separation of pallets while achieving company expectations.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Restock building supplies at the end of the shift.
- Clean the pallet repair area at the end of the shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform other duties as required at the end of the shift.
